At the beginning of the new semester, at the conference room on the first floor of the administration building, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Department of the east campus convened the head teachers’ working conference designated for Grade 7, 8 and 9 respectively.
The conference was hosted by Junior High Deputy Director Hu Sen. Also in attendance was Principal Assistant Lu Dan, who summarized the conference as well.
Deputy Director Hu Sen ’s speech centered on three aspects. To begin with, he put forward several expectations for class advisers in that he hoped the class advisers’ group was the one with strong sense of responsibility, high efficiency in addition to excellent professional level in unity and harmony.
Furthermore, Deputy Director Hu Sen presented the overall planning and requirements in terms of class advisers’ work and moral education. He emphasized that class advisers should make the campus security work their priorities.
In addition, Deputy Director Hu Sen proceeded arrangement in regard to recent work tasks. Afterwards, Principal Assistant Lu Dan made a summary and supplement to the conference, adding that head teachers’ work was of great significance and head teachers were supposed to lay emphasis on details. Other than that, they should pay adequate attention to students’ formative education. More remarkable, head teachers in charge of graduating classes should not only improve students’ performance vigorously, but also show solicitude for students’ psychological health and physical training.
In conclusion, the head teachers’ conference indicated directions for head teachers’ work in the second term and guaranteed the effective implementation of moral education. We firmly believe that everyone shall unite and work as one to make joint efforts and build a harmonious and civilized Anqing Foreign Language School!
